I am an assistant professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business. My research examines innovation in high-tech industries, with a focus on identifying how members of technical occupations create knowledge spillovers that accelerate the development of emerging technologies.

My research is supported by grants from the National Science Foundation and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. I completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Yale School of Management and hold a Ph.D. in Technology Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
